What would be something as opposite as left and right?
GIRLS and BOYS!
If you ask Ginger where her girl arm is she will point to her left arm. If you ask her which ear is her boy ear, she'll point to her right ear. It never changes. Anything on her left side is girl and anything on her right side is boy. Even her nostrils, Callie had to ask.
Left and right should be come pretty easy for her.
