Ginger's Baptism

 Saturday the 9th of April, Ginger was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by her Dad.  It was a very exciting day for her.  She was happy to have her Aunt Diannah(Aunt Di Di), Aunt Nicki, Uncle Matt, and cousins Hazel and Ava to be a part of her special day.

Ginger requested a picture with her big brother Carson.  He took some convincing.

Celebration!

On Friday we celebrated Liza's birthday.  We waited till Aunt Diannah came out to do so.  To show Aunt Diannah a little bit of Seattle we went out for Korean and then took a ferry from Seattle to Bremerton.  We did the same journey last year at this time but it was from Bremerton to Seattle. Oh yeah, Carson was at a scout campout so he wasn't with us.  His choice. His loss.  We shared some of the cake with our neighboring dining table, one of the guys had a birthday as well.

Nothing special

Today was the first day of Spring break.  We slept in a little but we didn't want to go overboard.  :)  I cut the boys hair.  The kids played outside at the park and rode scooters.  Callie and Carson went to a friends house to play and then came home and hung out with friends in the neighborhood.  Callie stubbed her big toe pretty badly playing games in the dark.  The skin was still on it so it should heal nicely.   It was an all around good day.  Now what to do tomorrow?  I think we'll go hit the Goodwill down the road.
