...I am not Mother of the Year. Poor Liza got to my flat iron and burnt her thumb pretty bad. I just feel sick. It doesn't seem to be to painful for her. She did it Friday afternoon and it is still blistered. I just hope it stays blistered and doesn't pop. I think it will hurt her more if it does pop.

Oww! That looks like it hurts! Poor thing. On the other hand, they heal really fast at that age, and it won't even leave a mark. Tony has just a teeny scar from when he burned his hands sooo bad when he was little.
It happens!! My kids almost got to my flat iron so many times. :( I just stopped them before they did it, but I have stupidly burnt my finger on the flat iron. Give Liza a huge hug from all of your readers. :)

it looks soo painful, glad shes little and wont remember it. please dont beat yourself up amanda, things like that happen to all of us one time or another.
