At first she wanted orange for her cast because Halloween is coming up. Then she wanted brown because she wanted to be a gingerbread cookie for Halloween. Then she decided on yellow but they had no yellow. So, she went with her favorite color pink.
She'll have the cast on for 4 weeks so she won't even make it to Halloween. We'll go back and have more x-rays taken then have the cast taken off. I am just glad to have it in a cast. Now, I get to worry if all her shirts will fit over her cast.
The doctor she went to is a specialist and we have never seen him before. After he was done he said that he offers to prayer with his patients if we didn't mind and I of course said yes. It was a simple and honest prayer. Very refreshing.
